I’ve built my career at the crossroads of security, technology, and consulting more than 20 years of guiding organizations through complexity while helping them embrace innovation with confidence. Today, I lead with AI & security consultancy dedicated to helping companies, schools, and public-sector leaders adopt AI safely, responsibly, and with intention.

A simple instinct has always shaped my path: if something is broken, I want to fix it. In this new era of AI, what’s broken is trust in data, in systems, and in the tools we rely on every day. My work is about restoring that trust through clear strategy, secure design, and thoughtful governance.

Before launching my consultancy, I spent years in cybersecurity, management consulting, IT operations, and systems engineering leadership. Those experiences taught me how to translate technical depth into real-world impact and how to build frameworks that empower teams rather than overwhelm them. I help organizations understand where AI can accelerate their mission — and where guardrails must be strengthened to protect what matters most.

I’ve also been called a unicorn — a leader who invests in people as intentionally as she delivers results. I build elite, inclusive teams where feedback fuels growth, resilience becomes a shared language, and everyone is equipped to lead from where they are. Whether advising executives or mentoring rising engineers, I lead with purpose, truth, and a commitment to creating lasting impact.
